About What The Stress

I spent 12 years as a CNA watching people pour everything they had into caring for others while quietly falling apart themselves. I did it too. Showing up, pushing through, doing the best I could with what I had and still feeling the weight of something I could not quite name.

What changed things for me was not a wellness trend or a motivational quote. It was finally being able to identify exactly what was stressing me out. Not stress in general. The specific thing. The named thing. Because once you can name it you can actually do something about it.

That is what What the Stress is built on.

This is not a space that will sell you healing or promise you peace in five easy steps. It is a space to help you identify what is actually weighing on you so you can find the coping mechanisms that work for that specific thing.
